BODY AND SOUL FITNESS
Body and Soul Fitness continues to reach out to our NUMC family and the greater community in a unique way by providing a Christian Yoga class offered weekly and it also reaches out to the senior population with our PACE ministry which is endorsed and approved by the Arthritis Foundation as safe and healthy.
The goal of Body and Soul Fitness is to encourage men and women to see their bodies as a temple of the Holy Spirit of God, who lives inside of them, once they receive Christ. Together we care for our “temples” and enjoy much fellowship and fun in the process. We thank God for the privilege of serving Him in this unique and powerful way.
